Tel Aviv, Israel – Cellmax Systems announced today that Colonel Shlomo Ariel, a distinguished leader in the Israeli hi-tech community and the former COO of Ness Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTC) will join the company as its new COO and Chairman of the board.

In his previous position Shlomo played a key role in turning a small group of hi-tech companies into one of the world's largest providers of end-to-end IT services and solutions. Shlomo Ariel has extensive experience in general management and leadership. Since 2005, he has served as VP Israel Business Development at the Wolfson Group in New York. Prior to that, Shlomo co-founded Ness, the largest IT company in Israel today, and later served as Ness Technologies COO and Company Secretary. He began his career in the Israeli Defense Forces, serving 22 years and rose to the rank of full Colonel.
