Jacob Schwarz is a New York-based statistician who specializes in strategic planning, management consulting, mathematical modeling, systems design and development. Over the years, he has served as a consultant to The Wall Street Journal, Dun & Bradstreet, People Magazine, Time Inc, American Express, Rodale Press, Maclean Hunter, Mutual of Omaha, Pepsico and other leading enterprises.

Shlomo Ariel, COO & Chairman
Shlomo Ariel has extensive experience in general management and leadership. Since 2005, he has served as VP Israel Business Development at the Wolfson Group in New York. Prior to that, Shlomo co-founded Ness, the largest IT company in Israel today, and later served as Ness Technologies COO and Company Secretary. Before Ness Technologies, Shlomo served in the Israeli Defense Forces for 22 years where he achieved the rank of Commander of an Armor Brigade and was head of Armor Doctrine & Development.

Amnon Dror, CFO
Amnon Dror has more than 20 years experience in finance and management. Previous experience prior to Zehu include both CFO and CEO for Shelev United Transport Cooperative Ltd., CFO for Enosh Initiation Information & Investments Ltd., and several financial and accounting positions at the Eliezer Fishman Group and other industrial companies.

Steven Tover, EVP Business Operations
Steven Tover has more than 20 years experience in management, business development, marketing and finance, particularly in international software sales. He has spent the last several years leading international business development activities for Israeli hi-tech companies and advising companies on expanding their international presence and increasing revenues. Steven was previously the CEO of Net Talk Software, and was VP Business Development & Sales for GuruNet (now answers.com) and Ericom Software.

Konstantin Gedalin, PhD, Chief Scientist
Dr. Konstantin Gedalin has over 25 years of experience and considered an expert in the fields of: Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Numerical Methods, and mathematics. Dr. Gedalin is the owner of several patents in the field of voice processing and is the author of several papers in major publications in physics and mathematics. Prior to joining Zehu, he held positions at Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) – Israel's largest aviation company, Silentium Ltd, Elta, and worked as a researcher for the Soviet government. Mr. Gedalin gained his PhD in Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics from Ben-Gurion University. The subject of his thesis was the Electro-diffusion of Ions.
